From the club president and committee :

I’m very excited to inform you all that we have secured a home for our club, Willowbank Raceway . Steve Bettes and Paul Casos the managing directors have offered the raceway to us to use as we wish, when we want and they spent the morning with myself and Troy asking us how we want them to develop the facility further to suit bike racing.

There is already a fantastic crit course ready to go, with sweeping bends, spectator views of the entire track, 2 toilet blocks, BBQ’s and shelters. There is also about 4klm of course ready to go that we can use for kermesse’s and time trials. Plus, they are building a brand new hot mix area next year all under lights with a 1.2klm crit course that we can use for night racing.

Their enthusiasm and generosity was overwhelming to say the least. They showed us a road they are upgrading that will take riders past the main grand stands and out onto the main drag strip were riders can ride a 800m slight downhill section of the fastest tarmac you can get.
